NewPetClub will award points to its customers in the following situations:

• Extra points offered with the completion of the first order.

• Each time the customer makes a purchase:
  1. Points per order value : For every €5 of the total purchase price, 1 point will be awarded.
  2. Points per product purchased when the product has extra points.

The extra points of the products will be added to the points of the order and shown in the Shopping Cart.

Points will be available when the order is in Completed state.

This usually happens 2/3 days after the order has been shipped and everything has gone smoothly.

When the order goes to Completed status, the customer receives an email to notify.

The accumulated points can always be consulted in the personal area of each customer, in My NewPet Points .

Each accumulated NewPetPoint is worth €0.05. That is, 100 points translates into a discount of 5.

You can spend the points on orders over €20.

When you complete your order, your total points will be available in the Shopping Cart.

Just indicate how many points you want to use in order to apply the discount on the order.

The maximum points you can use in an order is 200 points (10€).

Points do not expire. They are available until used.

Each type of discount available at NewPet can be applied exclusively, not accumulating with others.
In other words, NewPet Points are never accumulated with coupons, Premium or VIP discounts.
You can see all about these discounts in the Loyalty Program .

However, you can apply NewPet Points along with direct discounts, offers, combo discounts and with discounts on quantity purchases.

If the customer acts in a deceptive manner, NewPet will have the right not to attribute the illegal discounts to the customer.

NewPet reserves the right to change the conditions described without prior notice.
