Nucleoforce is a profile of different nucleotide groups formulated specifically for dogs. Nucleotides are semi-essential nutrients, which are characterized as the structural unit of the cell's nucleic acids. Diet ingredients are generally low in nucleotides. Endogenous synthesis is possible, although it requires a large amount of energy. In situations of high demand for cell repair and multiplication, Nucleotides need to be exogenously added. For many years, several oral applications of nucleotides have been investigated, given their ability to modulate the immune response. One of these applications is in dermatology, as it has been shown that a combination of nucleotides can promote the correct functioning of the skin barrier.

Dermial Hyaluronic Acid significantly modulates the proliferation and migration of dermal fibroblasts. Fibroblasts are involved in the skin's regenerative capacity. Dermial® induces an increase in the skin's hydration capacity due to the increased production of Hyaluronic Acid and its ability to increase the production of elastin. Atopic dermatitis can affect the total amount of lipids in the outer layer of the skin or change their relative concentration, causing the skin to dehydrate and allowing more allergens to enter the skin.

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) helps reduce itchiness and inflammation of the skin. In normal skin, ceramides are secreted by epidermal keratinocytes into the intercellular space to ensure cellular cohesion and the effectiveness of the skin barrier.

Plasma concentrations of vitamin E in dogs with atopic dermatitis are significantly lower than concentrations in healthy dogs. Oral vitamin E supplementation can compensate for vitamin E deficiencies.

Atopivet is a veterinary product that helps to re-establish and maintain the integrity of the epidermal barrier, especially during or after diseases that weaken the integrity of the skin, such as dermatitis.

Canine atopic dermatitis:
Dermatological problems in canines are one of the most common reasons for veterinary clinic visits, and some experts place the prevalence of pain such as Canine Atopic Dermatitis at between 10% and 15% of the total canine population.
