Rich in protein - A high proportion of ingredients of animal origin, as well as fresh meats, provide a high level of proteins of high biological value that provide all the essential amino acids, for the proper development and functioning of your body.

Low in Carbohydrates - The high content of ingredients of animal origin allows us to prepare our recipes with low levels of carbohydrates.
We use carbohydrate sources that are alternatives to cereals, such as pulses and tubers.
